Batič is one of the pioneers of biodynamic winemaking in Slovenia and one of the most respected wineries in the Vipava Valley. The family winery has a long tradition of natural farming and low-intervention winemaking, with a strong focus on biodiversity, healthy soils, and manual vineyard work. All wines are produced according to biodynamic principles, with spontaneous fermentation and minimal use of sulphur.

Batič is particularly known for its expressive white wines such as Rebula, Malvasia, and Pinela, as well as structured red wines. Many wines are aged in oak barrels or amphora, giving them depth, texture, and aging potential. Batič wines are elegant, complex, and true reflections of their terroir.
