Refund policy
Returns
Due to the nature of wine products, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Damaged goods
If you receive damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged goods and packaging. We will review the case and arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
Incorrect items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for opened bottles, products ordered by mistake, or products stored improperly after delivery.
