Delivery Area
We deliver wine across all areas of Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
Delivery Cost
Delivery fees within Hong Kong are as follows:
- Orders below HKD 500: Delivery fee of HKD 100
- Orders of HKD 500 and above: Free delivery
- B2B customers: Free delivery on all orders
Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within one business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be delivered on the next working day.
Delivery Conditions
An adult aged 18 or above must be present to receive the delivery. We reserve the right to request age verification upon delivery.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other issues, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
Weather Conditions
Delivery may be delayed during typhoon signal number 8 or above, black rainstorm warning, or other severe weather conditions in Hong Kong.
Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon delivery.
